• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs in games or betting markets for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

pk555 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasons that may lead to suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance within the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and there is no breach of terms, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of any required verification.
